All guest rooms are located in the main house.  Rate are based on double occupancy.  Weekend Rates consist of Friday and Saturday evening stays.  Weekday Rates consist of Sunday through Thursday evening stays.  *Prices subject to change without notice.

** Business Travelers - Special rates are available for business travelers for Sunday-Thursday evening stays.  This rate will include coffee and refreshments in the coffee bar areas, but will not include a full breakfast.  Please use Promo Code 'WORK' when booking your stay.  Single occupancy only.

The large downstairs bedroom on the east side of the home is named after Mrs. Jessie Kennedy, the longest resident of the home.  This was the room that she lived in for 60 years.  The room features a half-tester bed with a custom sized mattress (just shy of being a queen size bed), a pre-civil war armoire, and a private bath featuring a large, custom-tiled shower.

Our coziest room upstairs, it’s named after Pauline’s husband, who stayed in the room the night before their wedding in the home.  A more masculine room, it features a queen size bed with beautiful antique furniture and a large walk-in shower in the private bath.  (To access an upstairs room requires a flight of 25 stairs.  We do not have an elevator)

This spacious room on the east side of the home upstairs overlooks the backyard, is draped in blue and named after Mrs. Kennedy’s grandson.  The room features a king-size bed, a sitting area to relax, antique furnishings, and a private bath with a large, custom-tiled shower.  (To access an upstairs room requires a flight of 25 stairs.  We do not have an elevator)

The largest room upstairs facing the historic downtown area, this room was named after Mrs. Kennedy’s daughter.  Painted in hues of a purple gray, the room features a king size bed, a queen size murphy bed (if needed), and a private bath with a large shower and a separate clawfoot tub.  The private balcony provides a cozy seating area to enjoy a glass of wine or sweet tea in the evening, or your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise.  (To access an upstairs room requires a flight of 25 stairs.  We do not have an elevator)

Our newest room downstairs is the largest! The room is named after George and Fannie Dougherty who resided in the home for 20 years. They added the upstairs area to our Greek Revival Home in 1907, giving it the appearance you see today. The room features 2 Queen size beds, original cypress wood floors, and a renovated private bath with a custom-tiled shower.
